Important Shipping and Shopping Cart Procedures and Notes
New Life is dedicated to working at keeping our shipping costs as low as possible. We are using realtime shipping where you can choose how you would like your items sent. For orders sent in by mail, we typically ship via either USPS Media Mail, USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending upon which is the most economical.
When using our shopping cart, after you've finished adding everything to the shopping cart that you want to purchase, click on the Check Out button. Fill in all of your billing information. If your Shipping Address is different from your Billing Address fill it in. Allow 10 seconds or so to pass and the page should automatically refresh itself. If for some reason it doesn't, simply click on the Refresh button. At this point more shipping options will be available to choose from. Choose your Shipping Method from the drop down menu and you should be good to go. Remember, patience is a virtue.
There are now only three options available to us to ship overseas as well as to Canada and Mexico. They are First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. Parcel post and surface rate mail are no longer available. Air Parcel Post is still available but the prices have almost doubled. The cheapest way to now ship internationally is via First-Class Mail International. They also have Flat Rate boxes for International shipping just like they have for domestic shipping. SHIPPING REFUND
If you order from our website we cannot give you the best shipping price on some orders without using a special workaround procedure. This is due to a limitation in our currently available shopping cart software, which is explained by clicking on this link (Shopping Cart Software and Priority Mail). You should be aware that the initial shipping charge you see in the shopping cart for Priority Mail (or other USPS methods) can be significantly higher than the final shipping charge you will actually be paying. We will give you a refund or credit for the difference when your initial shipping charge exceeds our actual shipping cost by $5.00 or more.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
1. PRIORITY MAIL — Best combination of cost and speed. Small quantities of booklets are shipped FIRST CLASS. Delivery time: 2–3 days.
2. MEDIA MAIL — Cheapest but slowest. Delivery time:3–10 days. We are unable to include the free brochure in Media Mail shipments per postal regulations.
3. UPS — Comparable to PRIORITY MAIL. Delivery time: 2–6 days. Contact us for UPS shipping costs.
